freezing while finalizing

why does it freeze sometimes when dvd is finalizing????? This software seems sooooooo fragile?! Is this software a scam? Roxio tech support is sooooo slow, I am surprized no one is putting the Roxio nightmare experience on youtube, I am seriously thinking about it. Can anyone help? Thanks

Why does what freeze?

I have never heard of your problem or seen it mentioned in this forum. Its obviously something peculiar to your system.

 

What are your system specs, especially video card

Sometimes you need to be patient as a slow PC will take longer. Some other possibilities are:

 

1. Your media is of poor quality.

2. Your DVD/CD drive firmware needs updating.

3. Your video card driver need updating.
