You should be up to 6.2.something (Platinum) or 6.1.1.48 (Basic) to assure support. Then you must have QuickTime installed on your PC for the necessary codecs to be installed. I have Roxioeasy Cd & DVD Creator 6, Platinum Edition. I have installed the updates. When I click on 'help" I find this. There are many more file types in the list. I deleted them to shorten this post. It says I should be able to import mov files but I can't. In any case you are behind times. I suggest using the Home program from your menu and allowing it to bring you up to the current version. Home will pick the right one as it knows what you have.
