Did you ever get your problem squared away, here?:

http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...mp;#entry303165

You never came back and said anything. :angry2:

My software has not worked for me since I installed it. It was a complete waste of money. I'm getting the R6025 runtime error that terminates what I'm doing..I have updated my Bios, my Ram to 4 gigs, did the clean install ..tried to create a new user account ..like I said, the last time which was yesterday I did the clean install the software worked until I enabled all the programs that I use..then I got the dreaded R6025 Runtime error...I have a HP DVD writer, a HP printer, using Office 2003...just deleted Mcafee and Norton from the computer ( thought they were the problem). I clean my register...everything that's been suggested to me..I though about upgrading to Roxio 2010 but with 2009 not working..why would I throw away the money..now you see why Im casfrustration..anyone got any more solutions..I'm up for anything that may work..PLEASE HELP....I'm using Foxfire 3.6 and the Internet 8..my firewall comes from zone alarm

I'm getting an error similar to one the one below..

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:...ommon Files\RoxioShare\9.0\SharedCom\(application).exe

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information

and ..then I get

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Roxio\(application folder)\(application name).exe

R6025

- pure virtual functional call

Go through the clean install again. Before you start, DISABLE Zone Alarm, and don't enable it again until you have everything up and running.

also check for hotfixes and SP3 for Office 2003 - that has been known to cause problems as well
