complete uninstall of creator 2009 ultimate

Hi everybody,

I was running Roxio creator 2009 ultimate on Vista.

Upgraded to Windows 7 and tried loading 2009 ultimate on to this system. It failed saying I needed to upgrade to 10. I uninstalled (I thought I had) 2009 and purchased 2010. When I tried to install this on Windows 7 it told me that it would not do so until I completely uninstalled 2009 ultimate. This I don't seem to be able to do could anybody help me with suggestions of how to overcome this problem.
