Roxio CD Burning problem

Recommended Posts

I have used Roxio Easy CD & Media Creator 6 for several years without a glitch; I recently removed it to install Creator 9,but for some reason, Creator 9 wouldn't work. I opted to go back to old "faithful" and re-installed version 6. After selecting the CD I wanted to burn,as I had done many times in the past, I clicked on the burn button. It showed the progress screen, then a Microsoft pop-up appeared, and listed the Rx.Burn.exe problem, and it had to close. I retried this a couple of times, even after re-booting. Can anyone help me with this problem..?? I would greatly appreciate an answer...! :)

I believe the poster is indicating 'RoxioBurn.exe', whatever that might be

In any case he probably needs to do a Clean Install for both EMC 6 as well as EMC 9:

V6

V9
