2. I have Windows 7 fresh build with all drivers and sofware updates applied.
3. I have a computer that excedes the recommended specs for the software
4. I do not have Anti-Virus program running
5. I do not have any spyware, malware, or any viruses on this machine - scanned with Spybot, Malwarebytes, Defender, etc.
I am simply trying to run the Roxio Home and usually, but not always, it will allow me to edit movies (runs VideoWave). Subsequent attempts to run Home cause a hang. Subsequent attempts to run VideoWave cause a hang. Reboot, try again. May run the first time or not, then it will hang.
Q1: What can be done to fix this?
Q2: I've seen some suggestions about turning off some applications that run at start-up. Is this just apps (I only see one app running at startup) or should I disable services also?
