I am using Windows 7; just purchased and installed Roxio Creator 2010; I have a DVD R/RW drive and a DVD read-only drive; when I put a blank CDV into the writer, and a DVD to be copied into the read-only drive, Roxio Burn appears on my desktop. I want to use the Copy module, but when I opne all programs and click on Creator Classic, it does not start up.
I am having similar problem but only apps on mine that WILL run are photoshow and the basic burn apps.I tried clean uninstall and installs to the T over and over and tried support which told me to try what i already have done and have given me no answers since.Good luck and if you get it resolved, make sure you post what you did so others can try it.
