Most of the video that needs to be removed is in the middle of the video Hopefully you have captured the VHS video to your hard drive and not done a Plug&Burn Look through this list of Tips and tutorials (thanks to Karri, sknis and others). THey were made for ealier version but still apply for the most part. Steves Demos has a section on removing video.
