vhs to dvd

I've just purchased the "EASY" VHS to DVD kit and upon inserting the disk it asks for a "product code No." looks like about a 14 to 16 digit number. I can't find it anywhere and I can't proceed without it! Can anyone help me here by describing the number and where I can find it? Roxio doesn't answer my queries through their support group. Thanks,

They have always been on the back of the paper sleve that the DVD comes in…

 

You are looking for something like: 02-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

Where did you purchase the VHS2DVD program (Store, Roxio download etc. ???) If store bought the "Key Code" should be written on the installation disk cover. (Example attached)

 

EDIT: Just realized (with help ) that you don't download this Roxio program !! (Pretty hard to download the Capture device )

The only number I was asked to put in was the CD Key # which is located on the back of the disk cover. I hope you have better luck in getting it to work than I am having.

It asks fo the product code No. but the CD KEY # is it on the back of the paper sleve
