Program hangs

In EMC 10 I have a 25 minute production I have made from video and photos. My edited clips with sound, transitions, titles and text are shown in Production Editor. The buttons in Preview are grayed and I can't preview or go to the next step. Any suggestions?

In EMC 10 I have a 25 minute production I have made from video and photos. My edited clips with sound, transitions, titles and text are shown in Production Editor. The buttons in Preview are grayed and I can't preview or go to the next step. Any suggestions?

 

I don't know why that would happen, but first, click on the Storyline tab, in the Production Editor, then click on the first frame/box. Do the controls highlight now?
