Beerman
Get it here. Did you know that VLC player will also CONVERT video files? Just found that today. In the new version or in older versions? I've used this program since .6 was out and never knew it did anything but play files. Now that I look, I did see this before but thought it was just for audio. I'm trying it now but it's slow and cumbersome. I'm curious what the outcome will be but I don't expect much. ggrussell
I know it was there in version 1.0.1. Not sure about earlier versions. It did convert a .dvr-ms file, but was 1x only. It worked, but I wasn't blow over by the quality either. Just thought it was a curious feature for a video player.
Beerman
I also used a dvr-ms file. Took me about 3 hours and it looked bad. Parts of it were pixelated. Nothing ever takes that long on my system. Wonder why no one ever talks about that part of VLC.
