Question

Today I purchased Roxio Creator 10 Pro by download. After installing, my laptop gave me a message that it had shut windoes down as a precaution. I re-downloaded but when I click on the roxio icon a small window appears saying Roxio, dissappears after 30 seconds and then nothing. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Please call the program by its correct name Roxio Creator 2010 Pro (or C2010). There is no program called "Roxio Creator 10 Pro" but there is a 2 year program called Easy Media Creator 10. The two programs are continually being confused because posters use a short form for the names.

Please list your system specs, especially video card similar to my signature. What do you mean by "re-downloaded"? Do you mean you installed again or did another download from the Roxio website?

I downloaded again from the Roxio site and also downloaaded the patch but still nothing.

Not too sure about system specs as I have just bought a laptop with Windows Vista installed. I am not technically minded I'm afraid.
