TroyJ
Maybe you can help me, I just purchased Cineplayer DVD Decoder for Windows XP on-line. The download was successful, but my DVD Player won't recognize any DVD's. I sent an email into Tech Support, but I thought I would go to website and get help. I just don't know enough to trouble shoot on my own, I'm fairly sure though that this is a quick fix. If there is something you could tell me I would greatly appreciate it, Thank You, Troy. tbrewst
Have you gone into the player and made sure that the plug-in is enabled? If it's Windows Media Player then you need to go to Tools,Plug Ins and make sure that it is checked and enabled.
