I finally fixed my DVD disk problems by going directly to the Samsung webpage and downloading the latest firmware for my burner. If you go to the HP - Compaq webpage and use their update - detection system or try to do firmware update from them everything checks out. This set me back a while. Anybody need coasters courtesy of Compaq computers?
