Creator 2010 - Granular Video Playback

I had Creator 2009 and I did not have this issue of the Video playback being granular. Even while creating the project the video is granular at the edges. The original is very clear and a good quality video.

 

Does anyone have an idea why the original is clear but when added to the projected it becomes granular at the edges and even text is granular.

 

The playback on the DVD is granular as well.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Very little information to work with. What kind of video? Where did it come from? What format?

How are you creating the DVD? What quality setting are you using? How long in time is the video/

 

What are your system specs, especially vieo card?
