Loose USBs and long reboot times after installing

Question

:angry2: I have over the years purchased Roxio 4 times and have had problems each and everytime. One would wonder why I continue to come back, but it is because of TiVO. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I am installing Roxio 2010. No problems or errors installing, but once I install it, shutdown/reboot takes up to 20 minutes to complete. Not just right after I install but everytime I reboot after install. I also loose my USB ports. When something is unplugged and plugged into USB, it is not recognized. No system beep indicating that something has been inserted or removed and no errors. If the device is plugged in when I boot, I can access it, but, if I want to add something after I boot, I have to plug it in and then reboot. Anyone else have these problems?
