Running 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium on new HP computer. All attempts to install result in the error message, "Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products."
I contacted Roxio support, but only got a canned reply to check some articles I had already tried. One recommendation is to "Right-click on the setup package and choose Properties," then click on the compatibility tab and uncheck the run in compatibility mode for Vista. The only problem is that I cannot find a properties tab with a compatibility mode section. When I right click on the drive containing the installation CD, I seem to get the properties of the drive and not the software. How do I get to that compatibility section of properties?
