Creator 2010 Will Not Install W7 Home Prem

Question

Running 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium on new HP computer. All attempts to install result in the error message, "Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products."

I contacted Roxio support, but only got a canned reply to check some articles I had already tried. One recommendation is to "Right-click on the setup package and choose Properties," then click on the compatibility tab and uncheck the run in compatibility mode for Vista. The only problem is that I cannot find a properties tab with a compatibility mode section. When I right click on the drive containing the installation CD, I seem to get the properties of the drive and not the software. How do I get to that compatibility section of properties?

Try Exploring the disc and right click properties on the setup .exe...

Pic below shows my installation disc copied to the hard drive in its own folder and right clicking properties on the setup .exe, click the compatibility tab, click the down arrow where mine says Windows XP (Service Pack 3) ...

Don't know why I didn't see that. It was set to Vista compatibility. Everything is fine now. Thanks very much.
