Cutting a Video Clip or Blocking a Face in a Video Clip

Is there a way to chop an entire video clip, say using Videowave as not to show an entire person keeping in mind the person is only on one side of the video clip throughout? Or, at least cover the person's face as person will not be identified, i.e. if the video clip is posted on Youtube?

If the person is not moving very much then you could place an overlay over the person. Select an overlay image that would be complimentary to the video. Or you could just use an image of a color square. Size it and place it appropriately.

 

If the movement is limited, you could break the video into sections and have an overlay for the times the person moves. If there is a lot of movement; forget about posting that video.

Depending on the video, you could zoom in enough to not show that person. Use pan and zoom.
