I am using Creator 2009 SE with SP4 in Windows XP SP3. Everytime I try to use any video application that uses Video Wave, I get a C++ Runtime Error. The complete error message is as follows: "Creator 2009 Special Edition\Video UI 11\VideoWave11.exe R6025 Pure Virtual Function Call." All Roxio will tell me is to do a clean install, which I have (twice) and this doesn't solve the problem. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
