Sync issues

The Drews

Question

I have movies saved on my computer and when I use My DVD and burn them they do not match with the voice and sound to the picture. I can play them on the computer and they work fine but once burnt they do not match. Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting that I am missing?

1) Defrag you hard drive.

2) Turn off everything else that may be running including your anti-virus.

3) When you go to burn, chose HQ and to encode (burn) to an ISO file. Uncheck the other options. Name and note the location of where the file will go.

4) Download VLC free player and play the ISO file with it to determine if the video is in sync.

5) If so, copy the ISO file to a DVD using the "Burn Disc Image" on the Home page.

6) If it is not in sync, come back and give us some detail about the video file, and your computer especially the video card,
