cdanteek
Wow! That worked! How did I get into this situation to begin with? The filter drivers got tangled up somehow, usually installing or uninstalling some burn software does it.. cd

I haven't used Roxio in 2 years because of this. I don't know if I need to to upgrade on my Vista 32-bit to Creator 10. Will my 9 still work? Thanks a million from someone who knows nothing about this.

Thanks a million from someone who knows nothing about this. Easy Media Creator 9.1 works with Vista with no problems. I tried to find that update for you but that program is now in the legacy section so the update is no longer available on line. Run it until you have a problem (remove drag to disc) while you contact Roxio to see if they can get you a copy of the update. BTW, the latest product is Creator 2010 to distinguish it from EMC 10 and from an OEM software called Creator 10 DE.
