Finalizing the DVD

I have made eight successful copies of VHS tapes, however I have eight DVD'S that after copying the VHS, I get a statement after 97% finalizing DVD, it states " an unrecoverable error has occurred and cannot finalize the DVD" This is very frustrating after you waste all that time copying and then get that message. I am utterly disgusted with the program. What is the solution and who do I talk to?

3. What brand of DVDs are you using?

4. Instead of burning the video directly to DVD, try unchecking burn to DVD option and checking save as a disc image and see if you are still experiencing the problem
