Easy VHS to DVD will not start

Once installed and rebooted, the message below came up in a microsoft window. I downloaded the driver and this still came up. Is it Roxio or my PC? help.. I need to transfer some important tapes, urgently.

I have the same problem. I am running XP Pro. It took about 45 minutes to install and I rebooted. It wouldn't start and I downloaded the service pack and waited another 30 minutes for that to install. I rebooted each time. I tried to restart again and again. All that happens is the Roxio emblem comes up and it acts like it will run but never starts. This has to be the worst software I have ever installed!

Thanks for your reply, The driver was the update from Roxio support, and I also download the service pack with still no joy.

He instalado el programa Easy de VHS a DVD pero no se inicia. Paralelamente no me dejó cerrar Windows y estableció un conflicto con "Panel de control" y "Quitar programas". He tenido que apagar el equipo forzadamente (sin estar cerrado Windows). Reiniciado el equipo fui directamente a panel de control y pude borrar el programa. Luego de borrado, no volví a tener problemas. DE MODO QUE QUISIERA SABER CÓMO DEBO INSTALARLO PARA QUE FUNCIONE CORRECTAMENTE Y PARA QUE NO ME HAGA CONFLICTO CON EL RESTO DEL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL EQUIPO. GRACIAS
