DVD and the Download???

Since it is impossible to download a piece of Hardware, what are you referring to?

Is this the Vista/XP software or the Win7/Vista/XP version?

Roxio has a ver for win7 on their site. Downloaded that.

Both the one on the CD and the downloaded (win7) ver both hands at 50% into the install.

I let it in for an hour, then tries to cancel the install, it says rolling back then hangs the machine.

There is no download for any V2D software!

Can you look at the download and tell us what it says?

Then look at the Box your DVD came in and tell us what that one says. And in the corner what it is compatible with.

I have a hunch you bought the Vista and then you updated to Creator 2010 via download…

And confirm you are running Win7

But it makes a big difference in resolving this so please answer the questions.
