Question

Just installed VHS-DVD and program opens but when I try any function it gives me this message "The Certificate file is missing or corrupted, re-install it"...... I re-installed program ....Same issue, sent message to tech support they said

Missing certificate file

Resolution

Close any Roxio applications currently running.

Delete the following folders depending on your operating system:

Windows 7 or Vista: C:\ProgramData\Sonic\

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Sonic\

Relaunch your Roxio software.
