Burner no longer recognized by Easy Meida Creator

Today I was able to import video from my DVD burner but after that it no longer recognizes that the burner is there for either burning or importing video. Other programs use the burner fine but Easy Media Creator does not.

I tried this that was posted in another topic but it did not work: Drive Not Recognized By Roxio, PX Engine 3_00_58a. Full Installer.

Try updating the PX Engine to the latest

I tried that and it still does not see the burner. When I go to burn a dvd it says no burner available and under tools it does not see it.
