Format Loader: LoadImage error

I'm using Easy CD and DVD Burning (Red Box) on a 64-bit Windows 7 computer. I cannot use PhotoSuite or MyDVD Express. This is a fairly new Sony computer and I think one day the VAIO update program may have done something to the registry before I realized what was happening and corrupted some files. I'm not sure when this happened so I don't feel comfortable doing a System Restore.

 

Could someone give me DETAILED instructions (I'm an idiot) for doing a complete uninstall/re-install? I tried removing the program from Add/Remove in Control Panel and then reinstalling but that didn't solve the problem.

 

Here are my error messages:

 

 

For PhotoSuite:

 

Image file "file::C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\10.0\Common Resources\Shared\Generic\Images\About_Main_Background.png" cannot be loaded

 

Image file "file::C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio\PhotoSuite 10\Resources\Default\Locale\1033\Images\AboutPS.png" cannot be loaded

 

Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio\PhotoSuite 10\PhotoSuite10.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

 

For MyDVD Express:

 

Image file "file::C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared\10.0\Common Resources\Shared\Locale\1033\Images\Loading.png" cannot be loaded

Yes, I do have the Win 7 version. Your link to see a picture of Win 7 version didn't work but I do remember the box specifically stating that this version works with Win 7. I checked and the version I have is 10.3.104.
