Capture device driver

I have tried for about a month to get the software run. I have install and uninstall clean and what ever else to get this capture device to work. I running this software on a windows xp. dell dimension 4500. I even contact support for help I keep getting the same information. I will be happy if I had errors but none. The software install correctly it just the this USB video capture device That won't operate correctly

Not much information Dell Dimension 4500 does not tell us very much. List more specs, like I have in my signature, especially video card or graphics adaptor.

PLease describe with more detail exactly what is happening. "won't operate correctly" is not very informative.
