Is there any problem of using my program on Vista? The program cut off the last half a song All the songs do not have the same volume. We got silence for the first 6 minutes of a track. My easy audio capture screen is different from the tutorial[/font] First, tell us what program/version you have. Did you buy it recently or did it come with computer hardware? 1) Yes, it is available during Roxio working hours. You must have submitted a web ticket in order to get to Live Chat. Read this. 2) Go to the top of these forums and click on the support tab; one of the options is Software Updates. Go there and select the software you have. Note that if it is an OEM (came with the computer) then that update won't work. The program would have told you an update was available. 3) Yes, if the program version is greater than Easy Media Creator 9.1. 4, 5, 6) What application are you using that cut off the audio or gave you silence in the first part of ???. If you didn't record the tracks at the same volume, there are options to either maximize or normalize the tracks. It all depends on what application(s) you are using. 7) What tutorial? Did you look at the help files in your version. Is this what your Home page looks like? If not, you do not have Creator 2010 and you will have to tell us what you do have and what you are doing. Just FYI the possibilities are Easy Media Creator from about 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and Creator 2009 and 2010. There are the OEM versions and then there are sliced and diced version of those like Sound Lab. As a matter of fact, I left out all the MAC programs such as Toast 10,9, 8, etc. Does you home page look like this link?
