Not installing properly!

Sammo123

Question

I installed Roxio Easy VHS to DVD yesterday. Once installed I restarted the computer as prompted. Once it had restarted I tried to transfer a video from my VCR but the program was saying it had no signal from the Video Capture USB.

So after reading the troubleshooting section of the Roxio website I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. Now the program will not install properly. When the installation is complete it is not asking me to restart the computer. I have tried installing the SP2 patch but it tells me the program is not installed on my computer. If I try and use the program then it tells me the certificate file is missing or corrupted!

What the hell is wrong with it?
