Installation Interrupted

I have already viewed the support page and have tried both remedies. Neither has worked. I am running Vista and the second solution siad I should go to file System32 folder and find dsetp.dll and change it. The problem with that is that I can't find it. I bought this program 3 days ago and I still can't install the software and I'm grown frustrated. If I can't resolve this soon I will be returning this and purchasing a diffrent software.

Tell us where it stops and rolls back?

 

Do you have the Windows 7 version of Easy VHS to DVD, look on the box?

It rolls back during the installation of Directx 9 runtime and the version I have is Windows 7, Vista and Xp compatable. I'm running Vista.

I went to the link, downloaded it. Ran the program again and it still rolls back at the same point. Very frustrating at this point seeing that nothing is working.
