lroque18 Posted March 7, 2010 Report Share Posted March 7, 2010 While installing RoxioCReator SP2 I'm experiecing the following error: Cannot delete traget file: C:\Program Files\Roxio 2020\Common\SonicHDDemuxer.dll and after this error the service pack installation will stop. It should be 2010 Pro. I tried your suggestion and did not work either. I do appreciate it your quick response, any other suggestions. I do appreciate it your quick response, any other suggestions. If you are still experiencing "cannot delete target file" error, try following 1. Boot into Safe mode 2. Go to the folder containing the file in question (C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\Common\SonicHDDemuxer.dll) 3. Rename the file to "sonicHDDemuxer.old" 4. Reboot 5. Try applying the SP again.
