Is 2020 a typo?

Run the repair option from add remove programs, then try to run SP2 again...

cd

Yes, it's typo. It should be 2010 Pro.

I tried your suggestion and did not work either. I do appreciate it your quick response, any other suggestions.

If you are still experiencing "cannot delete target file" error, try following

1. Boot into Safe mode

2. Go to the folder containing the file in question (C:\Program Files\Roxio 2010\Common\SonicHDDemuxer.dll)

3. Rename the file to "sonicHDDemuxer.old"

4. Reboot

5. Try applying the SP again.
