Error opening creator classic

I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem before and has a solution. I cannot open Roxio 7 creator classic without getting an error message that says "Cannot load GUI library into memory". All the other roxio programs work, just not creator classic. If you could help me out with this one I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Could you please post your computer specs?

Do a search on your system for creator.exe--it should be in the c:\program files\Roxio etc or similar---and see what happens when you double click that file.

I tried that and it still gives me the same error. I also reinstalled Roxio numerous times.

I have a 2.8Ghz Pentium, 512MB ram, intel 845gvsr mother board. Nothing special. I do have it nlited and I was wondering if that may have caused the problem.

When you've done your reinstalls, did you remove all Roxio directories? You might want to try roxizap which will remove all traces of Roxio from your system? Careful, it does remove any and all versions of Roxio software. Reboot and make sure all Roxio directories are deleted.

Fixed it. Ended up being a missing dll file, gpksrc.dll which was removed while nliteing. I is a cryptographic service provider file.
