Brendon
Mykeyd, This board is not manned by Roxio tech staff. We are all users of the software, same as you except some of us have been here longer. If your problem is "mission critical" as you say, you should seek commercial expert help immediately. If you are prepared to wait until another user can help solve your problem, then please stay here and answer any questions.
mykeyd
Thanks for your reply. I think I am back to my original crossroad. I am still trying to use older software on both accounts. Probably best to go ahead and update my roxio and ati app's. I am concerned that after updating my app's That the problem my still exist. Is there any problem history on these two not getting along? Edited March 11, 2010 by mykeyd
Brendon
Sorry I can't help you further with that DLL. My version 6.2.0.111 uses the same DLL, so I can't send you a newer version. I think that was the final update for version 6. I could email you a copy of my DLL if you suspect that yours might be broken or corrupted. Would that help? It's 700 KB in size.
