easy VHS TO DVD

My operative system is windows vista. The roxio software od the subject is labelled to be used with Vista and XP. The trouble that I'm having is that randomly the loading procedure fails. There is not an apparent explanation since once the software is manually closed and again started the loading procedure will also randomly succeed.

 

Did anyone have the same problem?

I have Vista and I have not had a problem Loading the Plug and Burn module. (but that's about the only problem I havent had) ; }
