Did you read the instructions before installing? Did you buy Roxio Easy VHS to DVD Software Windows 7 version? Look on the box it will show XP, Vista, and Windows 7 Compatible.. If you have the Windows 7 version look at the last three pic's in this post, http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=58669 make sure the Roxio Video Capture USB and USB 2861 Device are showing in Device manager when the Device is plugged into a USB 2.0 port on your PC. Not some USB Hub, USB Extension Cord and the like. If you have the W-7 version SP2 is included. Again tried to download new drives for capture stick again no joy Post a link to what drivers you downloaded please?
