I put the disk back in original laptop, Creator sees the disk and this is the information: DVD-R, Closed, Data Border 1 01 - Zone (start 0:00, lenght 2385.10 mb) The origial computer cannot see the information on the disk in the File Explorer either. I can only see the info in the Creator. Thank you in advance for any help or clarification.

Those settings should mean nothing to an ISO file since the file overrides anything you can set… And lastly, which program in the Suite are you using to burn? I am guessing Burn Disc Image from the Home app???

That really hurts You must have an OEM version of Roxio or the Red Box, defiantly not Creator 2010! Your only option is under Copy – Burn Image… If it doesn't work it is a problem in the ISO… An alternative is a program called Image Burn – Here
