Sonic My DVD Plus HP version

Question

I have a problem with starting My DVD Plus. It came preinstalled on my HP PC but now when I try to open it from ALl Programs, it starts trying to install. It then gives me a dialog box saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

It prompts me to look for the MYDVD.msi in another folder c:\hp\tmp\src\xxx , but I cannot find it.

Can someone help me with this please?

Preston

Hi Preston,

It seems that the software HP put on your machine has been broken. You will probably need a new copy from HP.

HP has their own version of this software which is specially made for them. They are the people you need to contact.
