Photo Story 3 - Please help!

I just needed to make a simple photo slideshow on a DVD that will play in a standard DVD player....

 

My OS is Windows 7. I purchased and downloaded the Roxio/Sonic plug-in that is supposed to allow me to burn DVDs, but everytime I select that option it tells me the program can't burn the dvd because it had an error. Then the options panel to burn the dvd pops up but everything is gray - can't click anything.

 

I downloaded DirectX and updated my ATI graphics driver. No dice.

 

I need to have this done by tomorrow afternoon. I didn't think it would be such a hassle. Please, any help would be appreciated...

I am having the very same problem today. Just purchased Sonic DVD last night. Can't make it function. Same problem you described. Did you ever get an answer to the problem? My OS is also Windows 7.

That program was made for XP....you have Win 7. Maybe another user will drop in here that has tried using it with that O/S.
