If you don't have a Easy Media Creator or Creator product, you could use Windows Movie Maker depending on your version of Windows. What format is the video now? Perhaps all it needs is more compression (change format). Use "Edit Video-Advanced" aka Video Wave to cut out what you don't want. When you have finished cutting out what you don't want, output the video to a file by clicking on the output file icon above the preview window. Start with mp4 or wmv to get the most compression.
