I have been trying repeatedly to re-install Easy Media Creator 10 Pro on my desktop. After contacting Roxio Support, a clean installation was recommended. They provided a number of steps which I followed to the letter. When I attempt to re-install, the installation progresses to the point where setup is attempting to install Roxio Content. At that point I consistently receive an error message stating that Roxio Creator 10 Pro must first be installed before installing Roxio Content. Supposedly, the installation of Roxio Creator 10 Pro was an earlier step in the process. The desktop is well beyond minimum system requirements. I am working with Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit, the desktop is a quad core 2.5 ghz machine with 8 gig of ram.
Any suggestions for next steps or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
