ScottyO813

Question

Hello,

My name is Scott. I just purchased Creator 2010 for my new system I just built. Windows 7 Home Premium. I get the movies ripped onto my harddrive with another program. Then I insert a blank DVD into my disc drive.I goto copy / create video, choose movie, seems to burn, but the DVD wont play on my Blu Ray player or on my computer. Am I choosing the correct path? Someone please help me with step by step instructions. Thank you soo much.

What kind of movies are you trying to copy? Home made, commercial?

A couple of questions first. Do you have a blu-ray burner? If you have a blu-ray burner do you have the blu-ray plug in for Creator 2010 or are you using the software that came with the burner? If not, are you working in standard definition>

Where did you get the movies? How did you rip them to your computer? What format? Could they be DRM protected? If so, Creator 2010 won't touch them.

Are you just trying to copy the DVD? Are you trying to use Video Copy and Convert? Please lists the steps your are taking.

Once we get more information from you, we can probably offer more advice.
