encoding stops at 40%

Hi everyone I have not had the software for a month and I am having burning issues. The software worked fine a couple of days ago and now it it will not burn my dvds it gts stuck at 0 or 40% can some one help please.

Not much information in your post other then "it doesn't work"

 

What are your system specs, similar to what I have in my signature? How much free space on your hard drive? Have you defragged lately?

What program are using? What do you mean it gets stuck at "0 or 40%"? Does it do this every time?

What kind of videos are you encoding? What format are the videos? How long in time are your projects? Is there any error message?

I have a emachines 750 gb hdd 4gb of ram windows 7 home premium no i havnt defragged I am using Roxio plus 2010 during the encoding process the cd burning progress stops at 40 percent the videos are avi before the it would only take 3-4 hours for the burning process no error messages
