Hi, i have roxio creator 2010.

I am trying to make a slides show with some picture.every time i put some picture ,and some music ,ther is always a problem when i try to use vidoewaves it always freeze my program.

I have 200 photos to make my slideshow is that to much for videowaves???

I had just upgraded my computer...it has enough memory...

No, 200 photos is not too much for Video Wave. Memory is NOT the issue. Free space on a defragmenter hard drive does have an effect.

 

When you upgraded your computer, did you add a good video card? Which one? Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers for that card? If if it is new to you, drivers are released frequently for improve the function of the card. Also make sure you have the latest DirectX 9c installed.

 

In Video Wave, go to the top menu and select tools, options and then put a radio dot next to "software". Try again.

 

BTW, karri has some excellent videos on using Video Wave. They are from an earlier versions but the basic process is the same.
