theme packs lost

I haven't used this program in probably over a year and i purchased the theme packs and have the serial numbers for them and when I went to install them they installed ok but where did they go, i remember when i installed them a year or two ago i found them but i reformated my HD and had to re install the program so i did along with the theme packs but can't figure out where they go once you install them. Help.

Are you talking about Roxio PhotoShow 5 or 6 or an earlier version sold by someone else like Nero, Comcast, etc. Those are gone; there is no way of getting them back. Someone with the old version will have to come along and help. Unfortunately there are not a lot of visitors with those old programs.

 

Roxio bought all that out more than a year ago and had about a one year long update/upgrade opportunity. That is now over. There are no theme packs available for PhotoShow 6 but there are lots included.
