Help, please. I have a project which I purchased this product for specifically, and it's not working as it was described. Ultimately, the files generated will be placed in Adobe Premiere CS3 and After Effects CS3 for editing and compositing as VideoWave is far too minimalist. I have updated the Roxio software to the latest version, and have uninstalled and reinstalled pursuant to this site's recommended first step, to include cleaning my registry.

First, you seem to have a problem unrelated to the thread you hijacked. Hopefully someone will split it off into your OWN tread.

 

Second, if you purchased this product specificly for the project, either the project is several years old, or you have purchased a more recent product such as Creator 2009 (two Versions newer than EMC 9) or Creator 2010 (three Versions newer than EMC 9). If you can clarify which product you have, it will be possible to move this to the proper Forum, since different Versions work differently. (They don't "update" them, they generally start over from scratch.)

Clark, Please don't post shortcuts to sales sites expecially those that are questionable. Although you say you are from the US, I question that. You did not give any indication of what program you are using and what you want it to be used for. Any reply suggestiong another program will be considered spam and all messages will be deleted.
