Seems like there has to be an easy way to do this. Can anyone help? When you open the Back up program, you select Retrieve, in my Roxio BackUp MyPC version 6, it asks "Choose were to restore files from" I then select my External hard drive were there are stored. Do see anything like this on your version.

Do see anything like this on your version. Thank you for replying. When I open up Roxio Retrieve it says a multi-disk data project could not be found... nothing saying "Choose were to restore files from". As far as I know this isn't Roxio BackUp MyPC. It's Roxio Retrieve 7.5.0.47. Sonic Solutions. I can't open the BackUp MyPC program from the main Easy Media Creator window... I'm running Windows 7.
