The question didn't contain enough information to make an intelligent response..."I burned some music videos and they will not play back." Consequently, I didn't respond. Moreover, I was somewhat concerned that the message was sent to my e-mail address, which I didn't realize could be done on this forum. Does this sometimes occur? Is it legit? Why didn't this person just post his question on the support forum? Would responding to this message have compromised my e-mail address in any fashion?
