Upgrade to Creator 2010 Pro from E.M. Creator 9 Suite

Question

:glare: I hadn't updated my PC since, 2001, unitl last week. In the process of going from XP to WIN 7 (64 bit) of course all your software has problems, in the process of reinstalling Creator 9 and getting the update I thought I was okay; until, Wed. 3/31 my birthday and I decided to treat myself to Creator 2010 Pro. Everthing was wonderful, installation and updates were fine  until I was looking at my start menu and there was my old Creator 9 Suite, just sitting there as pretty and useless as you please. Well, suddenly I became frustrated and confused  Now why would Creator 2010 feel that I needed to keep an old version, so I went to  because I found no uninstall for Creator 9, which led me to Windows uninstall list, luckily I'd installed C9 on the 29th, so it was easy enuf to spot what had to be uninstalled :) , but have you seen the list  let's see, if I can remember: Easy Media Creator 9 Suite, RecordNow Audio & Copy, Data - Drag-to-disk, Tools - DVD Info Pro (+ folders), Roxio BDAV Plugin, Roxio Sight Speed, :angry2::angry2: , Roxio Express Labeler 3, Roxio DVD Info Pro and I left Roxio Update Manager (since I presume that it works with C2010 too?) NOW I seem to be  about the situation, I hope and that is I did everything right and don't find a glitch down the road a spell...It seems to me that there are programs written everyday which detects and uninstalls previous versions... <_< !
