MyDVD Express - Easy CD & DVD Burning 10.3 bundled w/new Dell Windows 7

Question

I have a brand new Studio laptop from Dell that came bundled with Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning 10.3. All programs in the suite work fine except for the video portion "MyDVD Express". MyDVD Express will open, but when I click the button to open a video file the program locks up and the only way to close it is to go to task manager and end task.

 

I have re-installed the program and get same results....this is a Roxio program bug!!! I have looked for an update, but doesn't seem to be offered for new computer bundled packages.

 

Is anyone else having this problem with Roxio software?

Go to the Dell web site to see if there is a fix. Although the program is branded Roxio, Dell specified it to work on your computer. Look at this also. Have you tried to update the video drivers from the Dell site?

 

What kind of file are you trying to work with? Is it DRM protected? Where did you get it.
